Ashwin Gurjar is a Pharmacist with an MBA and more than 23 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, complemented by two decades of international exposure across Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and multiple Asian markets. He currently serves as Managing Director of Winlife Pharma, a strategic partner to organizations across India, Asia and North America, where he leads development and commercialization of therapies and products focused on critical illnesses, including dialysis and oncology, alongside a portfolio of nutraceuticals and other pharmaceutical offerings. Prior to joining Winlife, Ashwin was based in Bangkok from 2011, where he managed a $25 million P&L for Hetero Thailand, overseeing three core business verticals: active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), oncology and antiretroviral (ARV) therapies.

Mr. Khuram Gilani

A Thailand-based business executive with over 16 years of experience in food imports, distribution, supply chain operations, and regional business development across ASEAN markets. Currently serving as Director / Business Head (SEA) for ABS Foods Ltd., overseeing regional operations, customer development, sourcing, and distribution of food ingredients including potato flakes, breadcrumbs, spices, seasonings, starches, and rice products across Southeast Asia.

Also serving as the MD of Prosper Enterprises Co., Ltd., a Bangkok-based food ingredient import and distribution company supplying retail, HORECA, QSR, and manufacturing sectors throughout Thailand. Over the years, extensive experience has been developed working closely with international suppliers, logistics providers, retailers, and food manufacturers across cross-border trade, cold chain coordination, warehousing, customs processes, and regional supply chain management.

In addition to commercial roles, actively involved in sports administration as a Director of the Cricket Association of Thailand and also working with Adapt Brand Consultants in business development and regional partnerships.

Dr.Uttam Krishna

Dr. Uttam Krishna is a seasoned Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs leader with over 25 years of global experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cannabis, nutrition, cosmetics, and food sectors. He currently serves as QA & RA Director and Head of Quality/QP at Pharmalytics MQ Bio Tech. Dr. Krishna has held leadership roles with multinational organizations including Pfizer, Aventis, Reckitt/Mead Johnson, and DSM, where he led end-to-end quality system design, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and cost-of-quality optimization. A trusted expert to global regulators such as US FDA, UK MHRA, WHO, TGA, and BfArM, he has successfully coordinated 100+ GMP and GDP audits worldwide. He is recognized for embedding strong quality culture, accelerating speed to market, and building robust, compliant supply chains. Dr. Krishna holds an MSc (Tech) in Chemistry from IIT Roorkee and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Paris.

Mr. Nuzzree Watcharasakonpong

Nuzzree Watcharasakonpong is a seasoned logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in warehouse operations, transportation management, and supply chain optimization across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Warehouse and Transportation Manager – APAC at Bosch, he brings a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, streamlining logistics processes, and leading high-performing teams in dynamic business environments.

With over a decade of experience in the logistics and industrial sectors, Nuzzree has held key leadership roles with renowned organizations including PTG Energy and Kintetsu World Express. During his tenure as Warehouse Project Manager at PTG Energy, he successfully managed large- scale warehouse operations and supply chain projects, contributing to enhanced productivity and operational excellence. Prior to this, he worked as Logistic Supervisor at Kintetsu World Express, where he gained valuable expertise in transportation planning, freight operations, and customer- focused logistics solutions.

Nuzzree began his professional journey as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, where he developed strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities that continue to support his strategic approach to supply chain management today.

Mr. Wattanai Lertpipopmetha is a logistics and supply chain professional with over 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics, express delivery, transportation, and supply chain management.

He began his career with Yusen Logistics and DHL Supply Chain, building a strong foundation in international logistics and supply chain operations. Ms. Laphasrada Ketmalee

Laphasrada Ketmalee is a commercial and logistics leader with extensive experience across supply chain and logistics operations, spanning express delivery, import–export, warehousing, fulfillment, freezone operations, transportation, and distribution. Her cross-functional background enables a practical and end-to-end perspective across the supply chain ecosystem and commercial decision-making.

Throughout her career, Laphasrada has specialized in building, scaling, and stabilizing sales and operations during periods of growth and transformation. She combines operational execution with commercial strategy to help organizations create efficient, resilient, and future-ready supply chain models.

Today, she plays a leading role in OMEGA 1 Bangna by Ally Logistic Property (ALP) — one of Thailand’s largest AS/RS automated warehouse developments and a flagship smart warehousing initiative designed to redefine logistics infrastructure through automation, scalability, and operational efficiency. The project integrates advanced automated storage and retrieval capabilities with next-generation logistics design to support evolving supply chain demands across the region.

Mr. Pengtao Zhang

Pengtao Zhang is Managing Director of VentuNext, a development-led logistics real estate platform focused on Southeast Asia and, in particular, Thailand. Earlier in his career he served as Expansion Director at ALP, where he led the delivery of OMEGA, one of the world’s largest fully automated warehouse projects.

With more than a decade of leadership in logistics and industrial real estate across Southeast Asia and China, Pengtao has overseen a portfolio spanning millions square meters. His work today centers on building VentuNext into an institutional-grade logistics platform, delivering build-to-suit and ready-built facilities across Thailand’s key locationsimage0.jpeg while partnering with regional and international capital.

Mrs. Kanyarad Julhiran

Mrs. Kanyarad Julhiran brings over 40 years of comprehensive experience in international freight forwarding and logistics management. Her career is marked by strong leadership, deep operational expertise, and a proven record of driving growth across Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian region.

She has extensive experience overseeing logistics operations across air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, cross-border trade, and integrated logistics solutions. Over the years, she has held key leadership positions with top global forwarding companies, including 12 years as General Manager at DB Schenker Thailand (2000–2012), 8 years as Managing Director at DSV Air & Sea Thailand (2012–2019), and 5 years as Managing Director at Toll Global Forwarding (Thailand) Ltd. (2020–2024).

In her current role as Managing Director of GTL OCS (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mrs. Julhiran continues to lead with vision and integrity, focusing on operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and sustainable business development across the logistics sector in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Paul Abbott

Mr. Paul Abbott is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive expertise across air and ocean freight, fulfillment operations, project implementation, and workforce training. Mr. Pasamon Pechrasuwan

Pasamon Pechrasuwan is an Associate Director & Associate Fellow at Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific. He represents Energy, Environment, and Industrial Business Unit from Bangkok office. He completed his Master of Engineering from Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering, Colorado State University, United States, in 2013. For more than 10 years with Frost & Sullivan, Pasamon have been working on multiple energy and building technologies consultancy engagements, including renewable energy technologies such as Solar PV, Wind Power, Hydropower, Energy Storage, and also built environment such as Smart Buildings and Smart Cities.

Mr. Nattapume (Tam) Pavaratn

Nattapume Pavaratn (Tam) is the Senior Vice President – Group Commercial at SCGJWD Logistics PCL, where he has been driving business growth and regional expansion across Thailand and Asia since 2003. With extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, he has played a key role in strengthening SCGJWD's presence across automotive, chemicals, food, cold chain, e-commerce, and industrial sectors. Since 2019, he has also served as President of the Warehouse Silo and Cold Storage Business Association (WSCBA).

Nattapume holds a Master of Engineering Management from The George Washington University, USA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.

Mr. Mark Scheepers

With nearly 30 years in Asia’s logistics industry, Mark, founder of Thai Thermo Dynamics (TTD), champions cost-effective, multi-temperature distribution solutions. Having served as Managing Director in multiple third-party logistics companies, he developed extensive hands-on expertise in (cold chain) logistics. As TTD’s founder, Mark pioneered sustainable passive cooling innovations, establishing a reference in Thailand’s retail and last-mile delivery markets. He continuously drives eco-friendly, scalable solutions to optimize performance and reduce carbon footprints across the region.

Mr. Hari Narayan Tripathi

Hari is Managing Director of Berrio Thailand. He has over 28 years of work experience in commercial, logistics, supply chain, and market development. He has worked in global multinational logistics service provides like Keuhne+Nagel, DB Schenker, Rhenus, WeFreight and manufacturing in Aditya Birla Carbon at senior management positions in Thailand.

He possesses hands-on experience in critical business functions, including sales and marketing, financial management, warehouse and logistics operations, distribution planning, production scheduling, and dispatch coordination. His leadership acumen has been pivotal in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth across diverse sectors.

He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), showcasing a strong foundation in both technical and managerial disciplines. Hari is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, and Thai, enabling effective communication in diverse cultural and professional environments.

Mr. Puchit Kananurak

Puchit Kananurak is a transportation and logistics professional with more than 15 years of experience in fleet management, cold chain logistics, transportation operations, and cross-border supply chain development across Southeast Asia.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in logistics, transportation, and fleet operations, managing nationwide distribution networks, commercial transportation projects, and large-scale fleet operations. His expertise spans both operational execution and business development, including transport solutions, fleet optimization, customer bidding projects, and logistics transformation initiatives.

Puchit played a key role in the development of temperature-controlled transportation networks in Thailand, including the establishment and operational design of cold chain logistics systems supporting food and perishable product distribution. He was actively involved in building and scaling cold chain operations, with practical experience in transportation planning, fleet deployment, route optimization, and service quality management.

His experience also extends to cross-border logistics movements between Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, where he has worked closely with transportation partners, customs processes, and regional logistics networks to support time-sensitive and temperature-controlled cargo movements. Through these projects, he gained first-hand insight into the operational challenges of maintaining cold chain integrity across multiple handovers, border crossings, and transportation modes.

In addition, Puchit has managed fleets of more than 4,000 vehicles, including both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EVs), with responsibilities covering fleet utilization, safety management, preventive maintenance, and sustainable transportation initiatives.

Currently, he serves as Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development (Transport) at DKSH Thailand, focusing on transportation transformation, network optimization, and supply chain performance improvement.

At this session, Puchit will share practical perspectives on cross-border cold chain operations, transportation reliability, fleet management, and opportunities to strengthen ASEAN logistics connectivity and temperature-controlled supply chains.

Mr. Hassanai Sinjiang

Mr. Hassanai Sinjiang serves as Sales Manager for the Thailand & Vietnam Cluster at Leschaco, bringing more than a decade of experience in international logistics, supply chain management, and strategic business development across Southeast Asia.

Dr. Surat Janthongpan

Over thirty years of experience in logistics business with global multinational companies, Nippon Express, DB Schenker, Kintetsu World Express. Surat currently Executive Business Development Consultant SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited.

He has successfully to implement Multimodal Transportation ( MTO) between Myanmar and overseas through Thailand via Ranong port ,called Andaman Gateway after Thailand and Myanmar land border was blockage.

His imagination from now to expand more MTO services to link China - Asean-Bimstec - Middle East and Africa through Andaman Gateway.

Tosaworachart Roekbangplad is a seasoned logistics and air cargo executive with more than 25 years of experience across aviation, freight forwarding, express delivery, customs compliance, and supply chain management. He currently serves as Cargo Manager for Thailand and Indochina at Emirates SkyCargo, where he leads commercial and operational strategies, customer engagement, revenue growth, and cargo network development across the region.

Throughout his distinguished career, Tosaworachart has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized organizations including Cathay Pacific Airways, LF Logistics, TNT Express, Federal Express, Scandinavian Airlines System, and Nippon Express. His expertise spans air and land transportation, customs and trade regulations, warehouse and hub operations, multimodal logistics, and process optimization.

A strong advocate of operational excellence, he has consistently delivered improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service performance while managing complex regional logistics networks.
